If you think you have found a security vulnerability in a connected product bought from Qoolala, or in this website, please tell us.
How to report
Email contact@puniverse.net with "Security" in the subject line. Please include:
- the product name and, if you know it, the model number
- what you found and how to reproduce it
- any proof of concept, screenshots or logs that help us understand it
You do not need to give your name or create an account to report an issue.
What happens next
- We will acknowledge your report within 5 working days.
- We will give you a status update at least every 30 days until the issue is resolved.
- If the product is made by another company, we will pass your report to its manufacturer and tell you that we have done so.
Please give us reasonable time to investigate and fix the issue before sharing it publicly.

Where a connected product's manufacturer publishes a minimum security update period, we show it on that product's page.
